It's Gina's Fault

Here are a few more photos from Shanghai. Elliot was sick in bed March 30th. Gina and Grandma took Margot for a big-girls-only tour of the famous Bund and Nanjing Road shopping. We went to Palm Sunday service at historic St. Ignatius Catholic church in Shanghai. As the service was completely in Chinese, it was practically torture for the kids -- Chinese Church Torture. The video clips are almost all from the canal town we visited on March 29th. You can see that the kids enjoyed rowing the boat more than listening to our captain sing. Also, I've included a clip from the Chinese opera so you realize how truly patient our kids have become. They sat quietly through 2 full acts! How about soccer on the lawn of a fabulous Shanghai Mansion? That's Elliot in the video. Finally, I cut short the church video because they restrict photos. We were leaving just as communion was starting. The very short video gives a feel for the cathedral.
